Worship Services

All services at LUMC are family oriented and children friendly.  There are rocking chairs in the sanctuary and hearing assistance for the hearing impaired.

Sunday

Contemporary Service – Relaxed atmosphere for worship

Traditional Service
Nursery Provided
Children ages 3 andup are offered children’s choir during sermon and church family enjoys a potluck fellowship meal on the 3rd Sunday of the month.

6:00 p.m.
Evening Service Nursery Provided
Come as you are. This is a relaxed, casual service with a family prayer time. 

Wednesday

6:00 p.m. Dinner
6:30 p.m. Children, youth and adults meet in meet in the sanctuary for prayer and praise.
7:00 p.m. Children and youth go to respective classes while adults stay in sanctuary for bible discussion
The LUMC bus makes a trip around the Dalewood community every Wednesday night to pick up children and youth for our midweek services. We have a large number of children and young adults so we break them up according to age for class on Wednesday as well as Sunday.

Wednesday Evening Classes

• Pre-K Class
• Kindergarden & 1st Grade
• 2nd & 3rd Grade
• Girls 4th – 6th Grade
• Boys 4th – 6th Grade
• Teens 7th – 12th Grade

All children’s classes participate in Bible lessons, hand bells and choir.
